Public transportation is provided by the Nashua Transit System, which operates a bus line. Efforts are being designed to extend the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority's commuter rail Lowell Line from Lowell to Nashua. Boston Express operates a Nashua-Boston bus line that operates out of the Nashua Transit Center. This bus line transports passengers to South Station and Logan International Airport.
